When will my order ship?
-Standard Shipping: orders placed before 12:30pm PST will ship that evening, with tracking typically being sent and becoming active the next day.
-Expedited Shipping (2 Business Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping): orders placed before 3:30pm PST will ship that evening, with tracking typically being sent and becoming active the next day. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
-Standard Shipping within the United States typically can take 5-7 business days after it is shipped, though it can arrive sooner. International orders can take up to two weeks before delivery.
-2 Business Day Shipping will take 2 business days after it is shipped to be delivered.
-Next Day Shipping will take 1 business day after it is shipped to be delivered.
Where will you ship using expedited services?
-Anywhere in the contiguous United States (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
Can I have my package delivered to my PO Box?
-Yes, with Standard Shipping only. This is because only USPS can access your PO Box and other carriers are often used for Expedited Shipping.
